Semi Private Strength Training Memberships: Semi Private training is simply 4 people sharing the cost of a personal trainer. This training membership delivers the best results by customizes the sessions for each individuals fitness level and goals. Each session will include…

  • 3x/week (12 sessions/month)
  • 2x/week (8 sessions/month)

In addition to above semi private (1 trainer with 4 clients) weekly sessions Membership includes:

  • Monthly 30 minute consult for nutrition, diet and training support
  • Unlimited Team Conditioning sessions
  • Unlimited group fitness class sessions
  • 24/7 facility access


Team Conditioning Memberships: Team conditioning is personal trainer led work out designed to burn calories and improves cardiovascular conditioning and overall strength.

There are two different sessions of team conditioning available. Fit camp is……. Power Hour is… a combination of these two leads to the best overall conditioning and development)

  • 5x/week
  • 4x/week
  • 3x/week
  • 2x/week

In addition to above team conditioning weekly session’s membership includes:

  • Diet plan and nutrition support
  • Unlimited group fitness class sessions
  • 24/7 facility access


Standard Fitness Memberships:

Our standard gym memberships comes with 24/7 gym access as well as unlimited group fitness classes (yoga, pilates, etc.).

Family Memberships available!

Student Gym Memberships:

Must present a valid student ID & be 21 or under to qualify for student membership options.

  • Short term holiday breaks + summer break memberships (available during school breaks only) - would include 24/7 gym access + unlimited fitness classes (yoga, pilates, butts & guts, etc)
  •  Student Gym ONLY Membership - this would include 24/7 gym only
