COVID 19 Updates

All classes will be limited to only 9 people. Because of the smaller class sizes we have added class to the schedule to ensure everyone can make it to a class! Please bring your own yoga mat and block for classes because for the time being we will not have any loaners. We ask that everyone signs up for classes via our app prior to taking class so we can properly prepare, you can save your spot and so that we know if we need to add classes to the schedule! We appreciate your patience and can't wait to see you back in class!

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a hot class that is for all levels. Instructor will lead you through a vinyasa style class – vinyasa is a series of poses done in a quick succession creating heat in the body through movements or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. Because this class is all levels you can be new to yoga or an experienced yogi and still get a great workout.

Flow Yoga

This yoga class is a great starting place for those who have never tried yoga before or haven’t taken a yoga class in a long time. Though this is a great starting place for beginners, it is also a good class for experienced yogis who just want to take a slower paced class. This class flows from movement to movement with long holds and deep stretches. This class is not heated, so if you enjoy yoga but don’t want to take a hot class then this is also the best option for you!

Yoga Up

Yoga Up is an excellent opportunity to add something new to your daily yoga practice. This all levels class will challenge, motivate and energize you. Yoga Up provides a full body workout that includes Sun Salutations, Cardio Training, Yoga Super Sets (yoga poses with and without weights, balances, core work, cardio blasts), and Stretches. No two classes are alike, continuing to strengthen your mind and body.


Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.

Butts & Guts

Butts and Guts is quick – no fuss – high energy muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, butt and abdomen. Exercises target and tone your entire core and lower body. Great for all levels!
