Power yoga is a hot class that is for all levels. Instructor will lead you through a vinyasa style class – vinyasa is a series of poses done in a quick succession creating heat in the body through movements or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. Because this class is all levels you can be new to yoga or an experienced yogi and still get a great workout.
This yoga class is a great starting place for those who have never tried yoga before or haven’t taken a yoga class in a long time. Though this is a great starting place for beginners, it is also a good class for experienced yogis who just want to take a slower paced class. This class flows from movement to movement with long holds and deep stretches. This class is not heated, so if you enjoy yoga but don’t want to take a hot class then this is also the best option for you!

Butts & Guts is a class focused on legs and abs! Have you been looking for a class that specifically targets the "problem areas" of the lower body? This class caters to those areas we all want to get firmer – toned thighs, lifted butts, slender hips and 6 pack abs are just some of the benefits you will receive! Class uses dumbbells, barbells and sliders to constantly switch up your workout!
Indoor cycling is a form of exercise that focuses on cycling qualities such as endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, that involve using a special stationary bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
The class will be Tabata style (20 sec. on 10 off) and combine upper body, lower body, cardio, core & boxing workouts with weights. This class is 45 minutes and is in a non-heated room, so if the heated classes aren’t for you try this one out!
