Monday & Wednesdays are Kick & pump which is a combination of kickboxing on a bag and full body workouts with free weights & barbells. It is a great workout to get your heartrate up and then slow it down again with the weights.

Firday is Kickboxing, a fitness style kick boxing is a total body work out that incorporates kicking and punching to maximize the use of every muscle group.
